Augmented Reflections’ Students Fellowship

The fellowship, open to all UCCS undergraduate or graduate students, is a recognition of scholarly potential and gravitas. The award focuses on the development of a student’s intellectual and creative expertise via one-on-one mentorship, direct involvement in generating virtual worlds, and other professionalizing experiences.
A&D Internship IRAP Certificate
October 2020
This Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Program, or IRAP was developed by AIA to promote apprenticeships as a pathway to increase career opportunities and build aerospace job skills. The Internship IRAP is a certification program available to paid interns working in specific disciplines to learn and develop job-specific competency within the A&D industry. The certification criteria indicates that an individual shall complete internships relevant to a specific area of study and requires a minimum of 2 internships (summers).
President’s List at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs
Spring 2019
The honors are awarded to undergraduate students enrolled in at least 12 hours in four of the six colleges. In the College of Engineering and Applied Science, the students with a 3.50 or greater earned President’s List accolades.

The UCCSlead program incorporates elements proven to be critical in the development of well-rounded, successful leaders. Through experiential training, the program allows students to learn about leadership principles, while practicing them and incorporating them into their student experience. UCCSlead leadership training revolves around a singular, intensive training day designed to enhance students’ leadership skills and character.

Placed Gold in Semifinals Round of CyberPatriot Competition
Spring 2018
As a participant of CyberPatriot, a National Youth Cyber Education Program that features a cyber defense competition every year, I hardened images of various Windows Systems by performing system and application updates, configuring group policy objects, and modifying settings and services of virtual machines. My team and I advanced to the semifinals round and placed Gold in the CyberPatriot competition.
